Initiate Your Request
Log into your GAME LAB EU account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Ship the Items
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location across the EU.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
